Territory manager is a sales tool for medical technologies. We use a combination of physician & facility data, claims, and other private and public data to create a sales-centric view of the physicians treating our customers' patients.
Our solution is based around identifying physician that treat specific types of patients. We work with our customers to build patients & physician profiles based on treatments, diagnoses, prescriptions, etc. We then use these profiles to identify the exact patients for each patient group, who we then link to physicians who treat them.
Some examples of profile selection criteria:
- Codes: Procedures, diagnoses, or prescriptions, eg. NDC Drugs, ICD-10-CM, CPT
- Chronological: event one happens before event two
- Combination, composition, and Boolean: AND, NOT, OR occurrence of criteria
- Sunshine act: existing relationships with industry competitors, self
