Under the profiles tab you have the option to log your activities, notes or other types of interactions with the providers. See below for details.
Click on the Note icon to add a brief note.
Click on the Sales Call icon to log calls.
Click on the Patient Event icon to log events.
You can log events non-specific to physicians with the “SUPPORT GROUP” button in the top right corner.
This window will pop up after clicking on the SUPPORT GROUP button.
Clicking on the bad data icon will redirect you to our Data Problem/Report Provider Form.
Use the bad data button for the following scenarios:
- Provider address needs to be updated
- Incorrect provider profile
- Add a provider
Each profile has data collection fields. These fields are customizable depending on the data you want to collect.
