I can't find the facility I'm looking for - Is it in your system?
The most common reason a facility does not appear in our system is due to consolidated billing, which you can confirm using AHD. Consolidated billing means multiple facilities bill their claims through a central facility as if the treatments had actually occurred there. Unfortunately, we have no means by which to untangle the claims and all of the data will live under the central facility. You can read more about this issue here.

When will x, y, and z be updated?
We update our claims and other data as soon as new data is made available. You can read more on the scheduling of various data releases here.
