My territory is wrong - How do I update it?
No problem! Just fill out our Territory Change Request Form to request a territory update. Please allow us 1 business day to put the change in. You will receive a confirmation email once your territory has been updated.

How do I request a provider's information be updated? (name, address, etc)
Fill out our Report Provider Form for provider updates. Please allow us 2 business days for the change to take effect. A confirmation email will be sent out confirming the providers information has been updated.
