What's my account login information?
Your account login is your company email address combined with whatever password you set when you claimed your account. On how to reset your password, see below!

The app keeps trying to load but never completes - is it supposed to do this?
No, the app is not supposed to do that! Typically this means you're trying to access the app using a browser we don't support (most common culprit: Internet Explorer). If this is happening, just copy and paste the URL into a new browser. We recommend Chrome!

How do I reset my password?
Just go to our login screen and select Forgot your password, to reset it. If you're already logged in you'll need to log out to access the login screen, which you can do by clicking the menu icon in the top left of our app and selecting logout.
