Profiles Tab

The provider profiles tab gives you a high-level view of procedure counts.

Physician Report

Depending on your organization's permissions, the physician report might include the following sections:

• Top Clinical Diagnoses & Procedures
• Provider Profile
• Referral Market
• Affiliations
• Services Summary
• DRG & CPT Procedures
• Physician Demographics

In the Profiles tab, click on the report button.

When you click on the report button, the report will open up in your browser.

When you click on the PDF icon the report will be sent to your email inbox.

Patient Sources

Patient Sources: The easiest way to begin to understand referral patterns between providers, specific to a procedure. It works great with commercial data since you can capture more relationships and aren’t limited by counts under 11 like with medicare data.

In the provider profile, select the Patient Sources button:

Enter the criteria. Here we see the patients who got spinal fusions by this provider that were shared by a primary care physician.

• Expand the Details to see patient diagnoses categories.
• The providers are ranked by count even though the exact counts are hidden if they are under 11.
