Exporting Overview

After you load a search, you have the option to export the search results. When exporting these results, you will see additional fields that you don't see in the app. Below you will see examples of a Physician export and a Facility export and what's included.

• First, Middle & Last Name
• Credentials
• Type: for example Allopathic & Osteopathic Physicians
• Classification: for example Orthopaedic Surgery
• Specialization: for example Orthopaedic Surgery of the Spine
• Address
• Telephone & Fax Number
• Affiliated Hospital
• Affiliated Practice
• Affiliated ASC
• Hospital System Name
• Practice Location Longitude & Latitude
• Codes
• Revenue
• LinkedIn, Twitter, and Email address
• There will also be some Carevoyance ID-related fields

• Organization Legal Name
• Organization Other Name
• Authorized Official First & Last Name
• Authorized Official Title - for example President, CEO, CFO, Executive Director
