Overview + Video
The difference between a code set and a saved search is that codesets are made ONLY of codes and medical hierarchies, whereas saved searches take code sets and build them into more complex searches by adding, say, a geography.
You can build your own saved search by loading a codeset or by adding medical codes from scratch using the right-hand side panel.
Once you have a code set loaded, you can specify a geography by selecting a state, entering a city, or by entering a zip code.
You might also choose to select Individuals, Orgs, or Systems.
Click Search to make sure all of your filters are loaded.
Finally, click Save.
Once you click Save it will take you to this screen. Put in Name and Description then hit SAVE SEARCH at the bottom right hand corner.
When saving a codeset make sure CODESET is highlighted.
