Reports Overview + Video

Carevoyance sales reports are useful summaries that can be generated on any physician or facility. Sales reports are customized to focus on the procedures or services of interest that are captured inside your codeset.

Remember, codesets are unique groupings of the utilization and diagnosis code types like CPT, DRG, CCS, APC, ICD-10 diagnosis, or ICD-10 procedure codes.

Physician's Name

You can generate a report directly from the search results. Click on the report icon (provider actions) next to the physician's name.

Dossier

Alternatively, if you click on the name of the healthcare provider and find yourself on the dossier page, you can navigate over to the "Reports" button in the upper right hand corner of your screen to run a report.

Settings

Generate the report in a new browser tab by clicking on "Run Report." Selecting the "Email Report" option will ensure the report is sent directly to your inbox as a PDF file, professionally formatted.

The report filters are set-up to default to your codesets. Click on the dropdown to change the filter that will be applied to the sales report. You can also override the default geography setting if you want to set a different boundary on the report sections that create benchmarks and other local comparisons.
