There are various options for searching by geography. This will allow you to narrow down your search criteria to find exactly what you are looking for.

City or State

You can search by inputting a full or partial City name. You can also focus your search to a specific state or multi-select several states. Note that if you are set-up to only see an assigned territory, then your search results will reflect that constraint.

Zip Code

You can also filter by providers who practice in a Zip code (either input the full or partial 5-digit code). You can also search the radius around a specified Zip code by selecting the drop-down.
