You can easily match a contact in your CRM to a person in the H1 platform by completing the following steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the correct contact page in your CRM and identify the "H1 Insights Data" section of the page.
If your organization has set up NPI auto-match, the NPI will be automatically filled in and all you have to do is select "Match to H1 Profile". Alternatively, you can manually input an NPI or H1 Person ID as seen below. Make sure that the respective "ID Type" is also selected before clicking "Match to H1 Profile".

Step 3: All set! You now have access to H1 data at your fingertips. Remember, you can always click "View in H1" to toggle to the H1 Platform and view additional information about an individual.
One item to keep in mind is that this contact will now be matched for everyone who has access to that particular contact in your CRM. While you can easily "unmatch" at any time, this will unmatch the contact for the entire organization.
