There are times when you search for a person by name and either find no results or do not find the specific individual you are looking to find in your search results. The easiest way to request an individual you cannot find is directly through the H1 platform.
Scenario 1: If you search for a Name and there are no results for that search, you will see the "Request a New Individual" screen.
To request an individual, select the 'Request New Individual Button' and fill out the information in the below form.
Scenario 2: If you search for a Name and the specific individual is not in the list of search results, you can select the 'Request Data Issue' button at the bottom of the screen and provide the same information as above.
H1 Support will process your request and update you with the timeline for when you can expect that individual to be added to the platform.
