In the platform, you are able to access physicians' phone numbers and email addresses. In our dossier view for facilities, you have access to numerous departments' contact information. 

Physician Contacts

After running your search, click on the name of the physician. This will take you to the physician’s profile page where you can find their contact information on the left-hand side of the page.

Under the provider’s name you will see “Connect”

• Email address
• Practice phone number
• Office phone number
• Address

Facility Contacts

After running your search, click on the name of the facility.

You will be taken to the Facility Dossier View.

Click on the LEADERSHIP tab. If you do not have the Leadership Tab please contact your CSM or Support at support@h1.co

How To Export A Contact List

Once you're done with your search. Click on the export icon which is the arrow pointing down to a box at the top of your screen.

Here's an example of the export that will be sent to your email inbox.
