Search Results Overview

Making it easy for you to find and access data in Carevoyance is one of our primary objectives, therefore we are pleased to announce an upcoming rollout of updates to our search, making it more intuitive for you to use.

The new search includes the most important filters, based on usage analysis, will now be foregrounded at the top of the page, while our full filter list will be removed behind an advanced “All Filters” button. This new UI will really simplify your workflow, and allow for even fewer clicks to get a relevant prospect list, report, or Powerpoint out of the system.

Note: All of the same filters/data are still available in the search view, they just may have a new home. With that - we recommend connecting with your Customer Success Manager to set up an initial training, and walkthrough all this new UI has to offer.

Individuals

The information displayed for individuals (i.e. physicians, mid-levels, etc) includes:

• Specialty: displays the primary specialty of the individual
• Affiliation: a derived assignment based on the facility where the physician has treated the most patients, most recently
• Practice: a derived assignment based on matching demographic information with a known medical group
• Contact: the location and phone number of the affiliated practice
• Utilization: counts of services or beneficiaries for the codes included in your search criteria

Organizations

The information displayed for organizations (i.e. hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis centers, etc) includes:

• Specialty: displays the primary specialty of the organization
• Affiliation: click on the link to drill into a list of physicians affiliated with the facility (i.e. those physicians that billed insurance claims for services delivered at the facility); note, only affiliated physicians that meet your search criteria will be displayed
• Health System, IDN, Group Purchasing System (GPO): affiliations with other parent organizations or networks, if applicable and known
• Contact: the location and phone number of the main location of the facility
• Utilization: counts of services or beneficiaries for the codes included in your search criteria

By default, the providers will be sorted based on the sum of procedures or services as defined in your search criteria. Click on the header of those results to sort by an individual code or filter rather than the default.
