Reports Overview

Carevoyance sales reports are useful summaries that can be generated on any physician or facility. Sales reports are customized to focus on the procedures or services of interest that are captured inside your codeset. (Remember, codesets are unique groupings of the utilization and diagnosis code types like CPT, DRG, CCS, APC, ICD-10 diagnosis, or ICD-10 procedure codes.)

You can generate a report directly from the search results page. Click on the blue Reports button under the name of the Organization or Individual.

When you click the Reports button, a dropdown will appear with a list of reports that you have created or have been shared with you. You can click “Run Report” which will open the report in a new tab. You also have the option to select the carrot where you can email yourself a PDF or PowerPoint version of the report. 

Run Report with Settings
If you would like to adjust the settings of the report you can select “Run Report with Settings.” This option will bring you to a new window where you can change the overall settings of the report. Once you have adjusted the settings, you can run the report in a new tab or email it to yourself.  

The report filters are set-up to default to your codesets. Click on the dropdown to change the filter that will be applied to the sales report. You can also override the default geography setting if you want to set a different boundary on the report sections that create benchmarks and other local comparisons.

Dossier

Alternatively, if you click on the name of the Organization or Individual and find yourself on the dossier page, you can navigate to the "Reports" button under the name. Clicking Reports will give you the same options as the Search Results page.
