What is in an Export?

Exporting Overview

After you load a search, you have the option to export the search results. When exporting these results, you will see additional fields that you don't see in the app. Below you will see examples of a Physician export and a Facility export and what's included in each export.

 

**Please note that depending on your contracted agreement, your view may differ slightly from the screenshots shown below.**

 

To export search results, conduct a search and click on the export button on the top right-hand side of the page as seen below.

 

Facility & Physician Search

Here is an example of a facility and physician search. When you export this list you will have everything you see here plus more.

Physician Export

Here are the following fields that you will see in a Physician export:

  • Carevoyance Link
  • NPI
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Suffix
  • Credentials
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Type
  • Classification
  • Specialization
  • Address Line 1 (Practice)
  • Address (Practice)
  • City (Practice)
  • State (Practice)
  • Zip (Practice)
  • County Name
  • FIPS County ID
  • Telephone (Practice)
  • Fax (Practice)
  • Organization Legal Name
  • Organization Other Name
  • Affiliated Hospital
  • Affiliated Practice
