The Total ROI report calculates the total opportunity by adding up the estimated revenue from a 10% capture of leaks, travelers, and cases lost for a specific criteria. The average revenue for each criteria is based on analysis of Medicare patients who were treated for cases of interest.

Leaks - Patients who left a county and made claims toward cases of interest.

Travelers - Patients from within 50 miles of a county who left their county to make claims in another county, but did not go to the report facility. 

Cases Lost - Patients who first had a claim matching Referrers: Primary Care Physicians criteria at the report facility in the 365 days prior to subsequently receiving cases of interest.
